Essex Green Townhouse Association came into being on April 1st, 1975. Deeded to this new entity by Claude and Marietta Gagne in late 1973, the property was intended to offer the new community area enough to establish permanent parks, playgrounds, open spaces and other common facilities.
Each of the six buildings house 6-8 units totaling 40 individual family dwellings.
